About the Role
If you’re an outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individual, Burlington Stores invites you to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service, keeping the sales floor neat and organized, and assisting with daily store operations.
You may be assigned to one or more departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in finding merchandise.

Support with floor moves, merchandising, display upkeep, and housekeeping.

Assist at checkout by ringing sales or bagging merchandise.

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales floor.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
