Position Summary
The Retail Sales Clerk plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, accurately processing sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Operate cash registers to process cash, credit, and other payment types.

Close out daily sales and prepare accurate deposit reports.

Prepare inventory reports, monitor stock levels, and organize supplies.

Identify best-selling items and track sales trends.

Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and reporting procedures.

Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously.

Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and product turnover.

Basic math skills for transactions and inventory tracking.
