DCK Group, one of the world’s leading fashion jewellery companies, is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser – Braintree to join our team. In this role, you will provide merchandising expertise and face-to-face customer contact at retail locations across the UK. Working with renowned high street fashion brands like River Island, M&S, Tesco, and more, you will help maintain the presence of our stylish jewellery products.
This Retail Sales Merchandiser – Braintree role offers flexible hours, with the option to work within store opening hours. You’ll be able to fit your work around other commitments while earning competitive pay. Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities for the Retail Sales Merchandiser – Braintree:
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser – Braintree, you will be responsible for:

Merchandising our jewellery products according to visual merchandising guidelines.

Ensuring the store’s housekeeping standards are maintained.

Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries.

Setting up promotional activities and collaborating with store management to improve sales opportunities.

Building strong relationships with host management teams to enhance product placement and brand visibility.
Requirements for Retail Sales Merchandiser – Braintree:

Previous customer-facing experience is required, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

A sales-driven attitude with knowledge of retail sales processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently within the store’s opening hours.

Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone (with Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later).

Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence is essential for travel between stores.
