Your Mission
- Take full ownership of store performance, ensuring sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded through strategic planning, expense management, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Lead the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of a high-performing, results-driven team.
- Manage payroll and implement service-focused scheduling to maximize profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and oversee the annual Talent Management process.
- Develop and enforce Loss Prevention education and awareness initiatives to protect store assets.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, operational standards, and key responsibilities.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work and shopping environment for employees and customers.
- Participate in off-site training sessions and job-related meetings as needed, with possible travel requirements.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and potential overtime.
Your Talent
- 2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets, analyzing complex challenges, and effectively presenting information to large audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
