Key Responsibilities & Requirements
-
Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed sales goals.
-
Manage store operations, KPIs, and profit & loss statements.
-
Demonstrate strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
-
Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
-
Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and retail software.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 18 months of retail experience, including 12 months in Store Management (sports/fashion preferred).

Ability to travel domestically, work flexible hours, and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Must be 18 years or older with excellent English communication skills.
