Essential Functions
- Oversees all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer engagement, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with field leadership to ensure alignment with company directives.
- Fosters a collaborative and communicative environment between the in-store team and field leadership.
- Drives sales performance and enhances customer experience through one-on-one coaching and employee engagement.
- Ensures employee satisfaction through ongoing engagement and development.
- Recruits and hires high-quality full-time and part-time Sales Representatives.
- Monitors key performance indicators to manage attrition and improve employee retention.
- Directly oversees in-store performance to meet sales and customer service objectives.
Supervisory & Management Responsibilities
- Works closely with field sales leadership to achieve company goals.
- Participates in regular leadership meetings and provides performance reports.
- Ensures all employees are consistently trained and up to date with required sales training.
- Evaluates store performance, develops strategic action plans, and ensures successful execution.
- Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of all in-store employees.
- Makes store-level hiring and termination decisions in collaboration with HR.
- Provides direct coaching and training for sales representatives.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 3-5 years of experience in training, sales, account management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of retail management experience required.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Experience in specialty retail management is essential.
- Proven success as a leader and store manager with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop employees.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel when necessary.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to incentivize and lead sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Job Requirements
- Must have the physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing.
- Ability to move throughout the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
