Job Summary
We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist (Team Lead) to oversee the daily workflow of a revenue cycle operations team. This position is instrumental in supporting R1’s performance goals, enhancing productivity, and resolving client-related issues with urgency and clarity.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the assigned team.

Prepare and deliver detailed productivity reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Troubleshoot client issues and escalate root causes appropriately.

Identify workflow gaps and recommend operational improvements.

Provide training to global partners on updated processes.

Support departmental initiatives and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-volume environments.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree.

Prior experience in revenue cycle operations or call center environment.

Familiarity with medical terminology.
Physical & Technical Requirements

Ability to use computers, phones, and office equipment.

Clear verbal communication in clinical or administrative settings.

Manual dexterity for typing, handling documents, and equipment.

May require lifting or moving items over 5 lbs occasionally.
