About the Role:
At MGM Resorts, the SHOW comes alive — and now, you can be part of it. We’re looking for a Revenue Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll support vital revenue processes with a strong focus on data entry, auditing, and financial accuracy, while helping ensure a seamless experience for both internal and external guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily Revenue Control functions, including closing event orders and validating revenue

Enter and close revenue in sales/catering systems and POS systems (Infogenesis)

Process service fees and gratuities using internal distribution systems

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial records

Monitor and investigate revenue discrepancies, documenting variances

Audit event order paperwork and notify management of irregularities
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
-
1+ year of experience in hotel, catering, banquet, or related fields

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred

Basic Microsoft Excel skills
