Opportunity Overview
As a Calibration Engineer, you will play a key role in developing software to calibrate our 0.5 to 70 GHz wireless test equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RF calibration algorithms for new LitePoint products.
- Create automated test scripts to evaluate firmware and hardware, ensuring they can identify and isolate design issues.
- Detect RF system issues early in the design phase and collaborate with RF and firmware development teams to resolve them.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in RF calibration.
- 3–5 years of experience working with RF systems.
- Proficiency in Matlab and algorithm development.
- Experience with Visual Studio C/C++.
- Knowledge of structured software development.
- Experience in developing automated software test benches.
- Strong understanding of RF and logic circuit control is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
