About the Role
Allwyn Corporation is seeking a Regulatory Operations Analyst to support regulatory and operational initiatives. This remote, part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or program operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, manage documentation, and support regulatory processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Support regulatory examinations by tracking follow-ups, preparing stakeholder communications, scheduling meetings, and reviewing/submitting documentation.

Analyze regulatory requirements, facilitate stakeholder reviews, track client responses, and ensure proper follow-up.

Assist with upgrading and reorganizing the team’s SharePoint document management sites.

Support control testing, including reviewing documentation, assessing control design and operating effectiveness, compiling results, and providing recommendations.

Maintain detailed records, metrics, and reports with high attention to quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, program operations, risk management, or related fields.

Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and logical problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and quality-conscious.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize follow-ups, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
