Role Purpose

As an RMP Co-ordinator, Fabrics, you will coordinate the raw materials procurement process for RTW (Ready-To-Wear) sampling, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll play a key role in supplier management, cost negotiation, material tracking, and maintaining data integrity across Burberry’s systems (including FlexPLM).

Key Responsibilities

 Raw Material Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Coordinate timely ordering and delivery of sampling raw materials

  • Negotiate costs, lead times, and minimum order quantities with suppliers

  • Manage inbound/outbound logistics of raw materials from third-party warehouses

  • Raise and track POs and invoices; declare leftover seasonal sampling stock

  • Onboard new suppliers and manage sustainable credentials of raw materials

  • Support raw material setup and maintenance in FlexPLM

  • Maintain and evolve supplier matrix and performance KPIs

  • Archive, organize, and manage fabric samples and swatches

 Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report supplier performance against KPIs

  • Ensure system accuracy and effective use of FlexPLM and pre-order tools

  • Collaborate with Raw Material Development to align on sourcing goals

  • Support sustainable material initiatives and data reporting accuracy

Personal Profile

  • Degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FlexPLM systems

  • Experience in delivery tracking and pre-order management tools

  • Strong industry knowledge and negotiation skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and timelines
