Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care. In this role, you will uphold the standards of care and ensure each resident receives personalized attention in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.

Receive and transcribe physician telephone orders to the medication administration record, resident chart, and care plans as appropriate.

Maintain proper inventory levels of resident medications and medical supplies.

Conduct thorough physical assessments, identify resident needs, and implement appropriate care interventions.

Perform nursing assessments upon admission, transfer, and discharge.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii.

Experience in geriatric care and knowledge of current nursing best practices preferred.

Familiarity with medical terminology and common healthcare abbreviations required.

First Aid and CPR certifications preferred (may be obtained in-house).
