Position Summary: Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse at Adventist Health, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care in an ambulatory care setting. You’ll support our clinical teams, ensure the safety and comfort of patients, and promote a positive and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in alignment with Adventist Health’s standards and policies

Promote a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for patients, families, and fellow team members

Assess, monitor, and screen patients using sound clinical judgment

Administer medications accurately and safely, understanding their indications, dosages, and potential side effects

Assist physicians in emergency and routine clinical procedures

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues

Foster collaboration and a positive team dynamic within the clinical setting

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Valid and current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (or relevant state of practice)

Minimum of one year of clinical experience with direct medication administration preferred

Prior clerical experience (1 year preferred)

Proficiency in keyboarding and electronic documentation

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
