Beacon Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Nurse Consultant (Registered Nurse) to support and guide the clinical teams across our North region facilities. Key Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing review of patient assessments, treatment plans, and care delivery to ensure accuracy and quality

Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to support staff education, regulatory readiness, and quality assurance

Review weekly reports from each facility and provide feedback to maintain or improve clinical outcomes

Participate in pharmaceutical calls to ensure safe and effective medication practices

Evaluate dietary recommendations from facility dietitians and ensure alignment with care plans

Assist with developing and implementing plans of correction when deficiencies are identified
Qualifications

Active RN license (Required)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care (Required)

Strong understanding of federal and state nursing home regulations

Experience in geriatrics, hospice, or palliative care is a plus

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across assigned facilities

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
