Role Overview

As a Robot Delivery Specialist, you’ll be on the frontline of Coco’s 24/7 operations. Your job is to ensure that our delivery robots are always mission-ready—charged, clean, functioning, and where they need to be. You’ll deliver robots to merchant locations, troubleshoot basic issues, and step in for last-mile deliveries when required. Every shift you work directly contributes to delivering joy and convenience across the city.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deploy and retrieve robots across designated city zones.

• Transport robots to and from merchant partners on schedule.

• Perform charging, cleaning, and visual/functional inspections.

• Respond quickly to retrieval or support calls for robots in the field.

• Complete direct customer deliveries when a robot cannot complete a route.

• Document all activities in the Field Operations App, following SOPs.

• Communicate efficiently with central ops and hardware teams.

• Maintain a professional presence and provide exceptional service.

Shift Options

Full-Time: 5+ shifts/week with weekend rotation
Part-Time: 2–4 shifts/week, flexible hours

Current Coverage Needs:

• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• PM Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• Overnight Shift: 12:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Who You Are

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (comfortable driving vans/pickup trucks).

• Able to lift and carry 60+ lbs frequently.

• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational field work.

• Comfortable using mobile apps and tech tools on the go.

• Available for various shift patterns including weekends/holidays.

• Mechanically inclined and interested in tech (robotics/equipment handling experience is a plus).
