Montcalm Mayfair, part of the prestigious Montcalm Collection, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our luxurious rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

Ensure cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed.

Handle housekeeping requests promptly and courteously.

Assist with room decoration and setup for special guest occasions (e.g., birthdays).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, linen rooms, and supplies.

Report maintenance issues and missing items to the supervisor.

Follow all health & safety protocols, ensuring guest and staff well-being.

Handle lost property responsibly, reporting it as per hotel policy.

Attend required training sessions and complete e-learning modules.

Perform “Job of the Day” or deep cleans when assigned.
Person Specification
Essential:
