Your Role

As our next Food & Drinks Runner, you’ll be an essential part of the Big Mamma floor team. Your day will include:

• Delivering food, drinks, pasta, wine, and desserts straight to our guests

• Opening and closing the floor

• Polishing cutlery, folding napkins, and keeping things sparkling

• Following health & safety and cleanliness standards

• Spreading joy and creating unforgettable guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

• A big smile and a love for Italian food!

• High energy, teamwork, and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality role

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
