About the Role

RxVantage is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives responsible for onboarding new medical practices into our growing network. You’ll inherit an established, motivated team with proven playbooks and will play a key role in driving growth, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team at a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company that’s transforming how physicians access education and insights from life science experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives, promoting accountability and collaboration.

  • Drive consistent quota achievement through process refinement and performance optimization.

  • Provide transparent visibility into team metrics, pipelines, and forecasting.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

  • Collaborate on account strategy, deal execution, and closing opportunities.

  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.

  • Ensure proper use of Salesforce and Outreach to maintain data integrity.

  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance playbooks and launch new growth initiatives.

  • Build an engaging, supportive remote team culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably SaaS or healthcare-related).

  • 2+ years of experience managing Account Executive teams.

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and methodologies.

  • Skilled in performance analysis, coaching, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (required); Outreach experience preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with medical practice operations.
