Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team in Murrells Inlet. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, executing menu items with precision, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Job Duties

  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and equipment

  • Prepare components of dishes such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and mixing sauces

  • Cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and chef’s specifications

  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in prep and cooking areas

  • Handle leftovers and ensure proper food storage

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow direction from the Executive Chef

  • Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
