Job Duties

Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and equipment

Prepare components of dishes such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and mixing sauces

Cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and chef’s specifications

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in prep and cooking areas

Handle leftovers and ensure proper food storage

Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow direction from the Executive Chef

Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs
Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen

Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety

Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail

Strong communication and multitasking skills
