Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Salaried GP to join our committed and collaborative primary care team. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, delivering high-quality medical services to our patient population in accordance with the GMC standards for Good Medical Practice and the Primary Care contract.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continuous development of the practice, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain a strong team ethos in a supportive clinical environment.
Core Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based medical care to patients

Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in line with national and local clinical guidelines

Undertake clinical consultations (face-to-face and telephone/video), home visits, and triage duties

Prescribe medications in accordance with local and national formularies

Maintain clear, concise, and accurate medical records in line with best practice

Complete administrative duties promptly including referrals, prescription authorisation, pathology reviews, and document management

Participate in the duty doctor rota (1 in 4)

Support the proactive management of long-term conditions

Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and population health initiatives

Requirements

Full GMC registration and licence to practise

Inclusion on the NHS England GP Register

MDU/MPS or equivalent indemnity cover

Right to work in the UK

Strong team ethos, excellent communication skills, and commitment to collaborative working

Experience or interest in chronic disease management, audit, or teaching (desirable)
