Job Summary:
UPS is hiring an Account Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients in a defined geographic territory. The role is focused on generating profitable revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a book of business across ground, air, and international services.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding current ones.

Prepare and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.

Submit pricing requests, analyze quotes, and support strategic pricing decisions.

Create SOPs, generate reports, and analyze customer data to improve service and retention.

Track performance against sales targets and KPIs.
-
Promote UPS technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification (preferred).

U.S. work authorization required (citizen, resident, or authorized alien).

Located in or willing to relocate to the territory (relocation not provided).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to travel as needed.

2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.
Preferred Competencies:

Basic understanding of UPS services, solutions, and customer types.

Familiarity with supply chain concepts and logistics industry trends.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend strategic solutions.

Experience interpreting sales data and using CRM tools.
Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days onsite at the Cerritos, CA office.

Regular travel within assigned territory.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $61,320–$105,960 annually (based on experience and location)
