Job Summary:

UPS is hiring an Account Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients in a defined geographic territory. The role is focused on generating profitable revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business across ground, air, and international services.

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding current ones.

  • Prepare and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales calls.

  • Submit pricing requests, analyze quotes, and support strategic pricing decisions.

  • Create SOPs, generate reports, and analyze customer data to improve service and retention.

  • Track performance against sales targets and KPIs.

  • Promote UPS technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification (preferred).

  • U.S. work authorization required (citizen, resident, or authorized alien).

  • Located in or willing to relocate to the territory (relocation not provided).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of UPS services, solutions, and customer types.

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts and logistics industry trends.

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend strategic solutions.

  • Experience interpreting sales data and using CRM tools.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days onsite at the Cerritos, CA office.

  • Regular travel within assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $61,320–$105,960 annually (based on experience and location)
