Job Summary
As a UPS Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts within a designated territory. Your mission is to drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention of existing accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted logistics partner, analyzing clients’ supply chain needs and providing tailored UPS solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of UPS customers in assigned territories.

Identify and convert new sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Retain and expand existing business by promoting additional products and services.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer account statistics.

Prepare pricing proposals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance reports.

Build relationships with key decision-makers to gain insights into client business operations.

Travel within the assigned territory, primarily around Redding, CA, with occasional trips to Chico, Eureka/Arcata, Red Bluff, Los Molinos, and Anderson, CA.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of UPS services, customer technology solutions, and industry trends.

Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts and competitor activity.

Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
Basic Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Redding, CA area if relocation assistance is not provided.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $61,320 – $105,960 per year (based on experience, skills, and location)

Incentives: Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and Annual Management Incentive Plan (performance-based)
