What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)

Respond to customer email enquiries

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services or products

Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction

Meet targets and deadlines through self-motivation and organisation

Promote additional Audi products through confident up-selling

Use multiple systems to manage communications and sales efficiently
