Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the sale of properties via Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes

• Communicate professionally with customers, estate agents, and housebuilders

• Maintain accurate records of sales progress and property marketing activity

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and via email

• Help coordinate marketing materials and property listings

• Work towards sales targets with a confident and motivated approach

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Organised with excellent time management

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the property sector is desirable but not essential

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
