Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming gallery environment.

Facilitate the full sales process—from initial client contact to artwork delivery—providing top-tier customer service.

Research and identify potential collectors and clients aligned with the gallery’s offerings.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Plan and coordinate gallery events including exhibition openings, artist talks, and VIP tours.

Write compelling exhibition texts, artist bios, and promotional content to support sales and marketing.

Assist with installation and deinstallation of exhibitions, ensuring safe handling of artwork.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.

Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Support additional administrative or gallery tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
