Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to group bookings and OTA (Online Travel Agent) reservations

Oversee Tripleseat administration, including input, updates, and reporting
-
Coordinate sales materials, banners, and event tools
-
Assist with email marketing campaigns using approved corporate templates
-
Update the local Hard Rock Cafe website, calendar, images, and content
-
Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager on corporate prospecting and client outreach
-
Support the execution of private events, buyouts, marketing functions, and VIP activations
-
Attend client meetings and functions to build relationships and represent the brand
-
Manage local social media presence in collaboration with the Support Center’s digital team
-
Support concierge and tour guide programs, including sales visits and communications
-
Represent the Hard Rock brand with passion, creativity, and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment

Familiarity with Tripleseat or similar event management platforms

Strong digital mindset and knowledge of social media channels and content trends

Energetic and service-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to present ideas clearly to both internal teams and external clients

A self-starter who brings fresh, out-of-the-box thinking to the team

High level of attention to detail, creativity, and a team-first attitude

Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Must have a valid UK work permit
