Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to group bookings and OTA (Online Travel Agent) reservations

  • Oversee Tripleseat administration, including input, updates, and reporting

  • Coordinate sales materials, banners, and event tools

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns using approved corporate templates

  • Update the local Hard Rock Cafe website, calendar, images, and content

  • Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager on corporate prospecting and client outreach

  • Support the execution of private events, buyouts, marketing functions, and VIP activations

  • Attend client meetings and functions to build relationships and represent the brand

  • Manage local social media presence in collaboration with the Support Center’s digital team

  • Support concierge and tour guide programs, including sales visits and communications

  • Represent the Hard Rock brand with passion, creativity, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment

  • Familiarity with Tripleseat or similar event management platforms

  • Strong digital mindset and knowledge of social media channels and content trends

  • Energetic and service-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to present ideas clearly to both internal teams and external clients

  • A self-starter who brings fresh, out-of-the-box thinking to the team

  • High level of attention to detail, creativity, and a team-first attitude

  • Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Must have a valid UK work permit

Schedule & Working Style:
