MIM Systems is a leading provider of workforce management systems to a wide variety of companies in the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at our Dunston Innovation Centre in Chesterfield.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing customer relationships, creating marketing materials, and helping drive new business. You’ll receive full training and gain valuable product knowledge as you take on responsibilities such as managing client inquiries, creating social media content, and assisting with sales development. Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Executive:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be expected to:

During induction:

Participate in product knowledge training and learn about our workforce management systems.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Deliver a professional and enjoyable customer experience via phone, email, and other channels.

Following induction:
-
Handle inquiries generated from online marketing and website leads.

Manage existing customer inquiries and prepare marketing materials.
-
Create social media content and manage releases to increase brand visibility.

Support sales development and gain knowledge of additional brands.

Skills and Qualifications for a Successful Sales and Marketing Executive:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in:

Telephone handling and customer support.

B2B Sales and B2B Marketing.

Database management and maintaining customer relations.
Hours of Work:
-
Normal working hours are from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
