Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Digital Presence

Manage and update company websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media accounts.

Engage with potential leads and accounts through online platforms.
Sales & Account Management

Research and develop new accounts and distribution channels via email, phone, and other tools.

Manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and provide expert product advice.

Coordinate deliveries and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Customer Service & After-Sales
-
Assist with after-sales support and warranty claims to maintain customer satisfaction.

Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, after-sales) to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Strategy & Market Development

Support the Sales Manager with marketing strategy planning and implementation.

Provide feedback from the field to help shape sales and market solutions.
Person Specification
Essential
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
At least 1 year of proven experience in Sales.

IT and/or digital marketing experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable
-
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
-
Background in international trade, logistics, or documentation.
-
Familiarity with generator set export industry.

Understanding of digital tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs.
