Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our lettings and marketing operations. This hands-on role will involve managing property listings, developing marketing strategies, and growing our landlord and tenant base. Sales & Business Growth

Promote and manage student rental properties

Onboard new landlords and grow the property portfolio

Marketing Campaign Management

Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, and local)

Develop promotional materials and property listings

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Create engaging content and run targeted ad campaigns

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Monitor student housing trends and rental pricing

Recommend pricing and marketing adjustments to stay competitive

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with students and landlords

Ensure high satisfaction levels through consistent communication and support

Event Coordination & Outreach

Organise property viewings, open days, and promotional university events

Liaise with student unions and university housing offices

Compliance Oversight

Ensure tenancy agreements and marketing materials are legally compliant

Team Support

Mentor junior staff and support internal team development

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in sales and marketing

Lettings or property industry experience is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident in negotiation and relationship management

Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
