Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our lettings and marketing operations. This hands-on role will involve managing property listings, developing marketing strategies, and growing our landlord and tenant base. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth

    • Promote and manage student rental properties

    • Onboard new landlords and grow the property portfolio

  • Marketing Campaign Management

    • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, and local)

    • Develop promotional materials and property listings

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing

    • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

    • Create engaging content and run targeted ad campaigns

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    • Monitor student housing trends and rental pricing

    • Recommend pricing and marketing adjustments to stay competitive

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships with students and landlords

    • Ensure high satisfaction levels through consistent communication and support

  • Event Coordination & Outreach

    • Organise property viewings, open days, and promotional university events

    • Liaise with student unions and university housing offices

  • Compliance Oversight

    • Ensure tenancy agreements and marketing materials are legally compliant

  • Team Support

    • Mentor junior staff and support internal team development

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing

  • Lettings or property industry experience is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident in negotiation and relationship management

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

  • Ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
