 About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our business development and brand growth strategies. This is a key leadership position, reporting directly to company directors, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and strategic environment.

You’ll work from our Wirral office and be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and increasing our visibility across digital and social platforms.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

  • Generate new leads through outbound telephone sales and direct outreach

  • Engage with clients via Microsoft Teams and manage virtual meetings professionally

  • Design and manage LinkedIn campaigns to drive engagement and leads

  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to track and manage sales activity

  • Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other tools

  • Build and support the company’s brand presence across social media platforms

  • Collaborate with team members to create marketing materials and campaigns

  • Report on KPIs, pipeline, and marketing performance to senior leadership

 Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and marketing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems

  • A self-motivated, team-oriented attitude

  • Experience in sensory or consumer research (desirable, but not essential)
