About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Freelancers to support our business development and customer outreach in Cambridge. This role is ideal for eligible university students or flexible workers with a keen interest in marketing, sales, and digital engagement. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
You’ll play a vital role in promoting our regulated remittance service—targeting African communities in the UK and beyond—through fieldwork, presentations, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.

Perform market research to identify trends, customer needs, and outreach opportunities.

Represent our brand at local events and community gatherings, giving presentations to potential customers.

Engage with customers and stakeholders to build trust and drive awareness.

Create and publish content across platforms, including social media and email marketing.

Monitor campaign performance using basic analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and ensure consistent messaging.

Support the expansion of our client base, with a primary focus on immigrants, especially within the African diaspora.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Based in Cambridge and available for part-time flexible hours.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Interest in digital marketing, community engagement, and public speaking.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of apps and technology is a plus.

Comfortable working both independently and within a team.

Willing to travel locally (25% travel expected).
