Our Uxbridge practice is equipped with 6 surgeries and the latest technology, with plans for expansion. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team and contribute to our goal of providing exceptional dental care to all.
Your Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, your main responsibility is to attract and manage patient enquiries through a variety of marketing channels, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the treatment journey. You will help patients understand their dental treatment options and convert those into sales, in line with revenue targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Attract and Manage Enquiries: Utilize digital marketing, social media, and events to attract potential patients to the practice.

Track Marketing Success: Monitor and report on the success of all marketing activities, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Guide Patients: Deliver an outstanding patient journey by helping them understand private dental treatment options.

Conversion: Convert enquiries into sales, meeting revenue targets and increasing private patient numbers.

Collaboration with Clinicians: Work closely with clinicians to help grow their private patient base and offer the best treatment options.

External Marketing: Approach new patients and external teams to market the practice’s services effectively.

Teamwork: Be part of a dynamic, patient-focused team, working together to care for and support our patients.
