Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Fitness Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and prospective members. Your enthusiasm and ability to build relationships will help others begin or continue their fitness journeys. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a positive onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and check in members with friendliness and professionalism

Build first-name relationships and provide guidance on membership options

Identify member needs and recommend fitness solutions

Deliver engaging tours and sales presentations to prospective members

Ensure the gym is clean, well-maintained, and safe

Support new member onboarding and help connect them with fitness offerings

Resolve member concerns and provide outstanding service
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in retail or fitness sales

Passion for health and fitness

Outgoing personality with the ability to connect authentically with people

Strong service mindset and goal-driven attitude

CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment

Self-motivated and eager to grow within a team
