What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering excellent customer service as a brand ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group

Supporting store management by driving sales and hitting performance KPIs

Upselling and promoting products through deep product knowledge

Managing stock levels, replenishment, and accurate system updates

Maintaining high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

Handling customer queries and returns with professionalism

Following all health and safety policies and procedures
