About the Role:
Summer is one of our busiest seasons, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible part-time Sales Assistants to join our Edinburgh team! Whether you’re on the shop floor or in the stockroom, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the authentic Dr. Martens experience to every customer.

What You’ll Do:
Depending on your strengths and experience, you could be:

Supporting the stockroom team – helping with deliveries and organising inventory

Acting as a floor runner, ensuring products and sizes reach customers quickly

Greeting customers, managing queues, and keeping the store safe and welcoming

Operating the tills and making the last customer interaction a positive one

Using your product knowledge to sell and share the story of Docs
What We’re Looking For:
We don’t expect perfection—just passion, energy, and team spirit. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Previous retail or customer service experience (especially fashion/lifestyle) – a bonus, not essential

A strong interest in Dr. Martens and confidence in representing the brand

Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team

A resilient, proactive attitude—you’ll need both mental and physical energy in this fast-paced role

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key seasonal days
