Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and acknowledge customers

Manage queues and respond to customer queries efficiently

Stay attentive to customer needs and offer assistance when needed

Remain cheerful, courteous, and respectful at all times

Recommend products and highlight current promotions

Conduct freshness checks and maintain product quality

Ensure accuracy at the till and follow cash-handling procedures

Restock shelves and merchandise products to company standards
