About the Role

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused team players to help deliver amazing in-store experiences for families and kids alike.
This is a temporary contract with exciting opportunities for progression, especially as you help launch and support a new store opening.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations

Support store operations including shelf stocking, merchandising, and price changes

Handle deliveries and ensure stock is processed efficiently

Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment

Operate tills and process transactions accurately

Stay informed about product ranges and promotions
Who We’re Looking For

Team players who are dynamic, reliable, and ready to work in a busy retail environment

Customer-oriented individuals with a positive attitude

Previous retail experience (especially in nursery or toys) is desirable but not essential

Willingness to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends

Candidates who can commit to increased hours during training for new store openings
