About the Role
Join Coastal Farm as a Customer Service and Sales Associate, where you’ll provide top-notch service, maintain merchandising standards, and assist in store operations. Be part of a team focused on delivering a great shopping experience while promoting sales and ensuring store organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist every customer, answering questions and helping locate products

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and merchandise displays

  • Process freight and assist with floor moves, displays, and merchandising

  • Maintain store cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and trash replacement

  • Communicate effectively with team members via radio or in person

  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

  • Familiarity with computer systems and email

  • Knowledge of standard retail concepts and practices preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
