About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist every customer, answering questions and helping locate products

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently

Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and merchandise displays

Process freight and assist with floor moves, displays, and merchandising

Maintain store cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and trash replacement

Communicate effectively with team members via radio or in person

Support other departments as needed
Qualifications

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

Familiarity with computer systems and email
