About the Role
This role is well-suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career. As a Sales Controller – Laboratory Diagnostics, you will lead pricing, financial analysis, and reporting for the North America Direct Sales channel, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Service, Legal, Marketing, and Finance while building infrastructure for pricing optimization, profitability reporting, and customer health insights.
Key Responsibilities

Own pricing strategy for NAM DX, including GPO tier pricing, list prices, and customer price books.

Lead price optimization initiatives to increase revenue and profit.

Coordinate and analyze Direct Sales operations for Laboratory Diagnostics in the U.S.

Manage sales activity budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.

Handle New Orders reporting, monthly reconciliation, and backlog data review.

Oversee Terms & Conditions in LD Master Agreements and liaise with cross-functional teams.

Build reporting infrastructure for Distribution sales channels, GPO, and SCA profitability.

Establish reporting to monitor customer health metrics (Service, Finance, Operations).
Required Skills & Qualifications

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/Master’s preferred).

8–10 years of relevant experience with proven success in financial controlling and analysis.

Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP systems, and Hyperion.

Knowledge of CRM, SCM, and PLM processes and their impact on financial flows.

Prior healthcare industry or Siemens Finance experience is desirable.

Advanced skills in financial reporting, data analysis, and sales operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $102,100 – $153,200 annually
Commission: Eligible, based on individual and company performance
