Position Overview

The Sales Data Analyst will provide reporting and analysis to drive volume, share, and profit growth through advanced data analytics. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop dashboards, conduct data modeling, and extract actionable insights that guide decision-making. This role also supports business users by training and enabling them to use self-service BI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use PDS to evaluate, plan, and execute goals to improve company performance

  • Contribute to top and bottom-line growth by optimizing per-case metrics

  • Support Sales and Marketing planning activities to drive revenue and profitability

  • Develop brand/sales presentations and business reviews with actionable insights

  • Provide analytical support in volumetrics, pricing, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis

  • Improve processes related to business development, ROI analysis, and spend management

  • Assess reporting needs and create user-friendly tools for Sales leaders

  • Apply rigorous analysis to strategies and communicate recommendations effectively

Qualifications – Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
