Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to drive business growth. Specifically, this role includes:

Team Leadership

  • Train and mentor the SDR team to effectively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a structured playbook to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback through regular 1:1s to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Support career progression by preparing SDRs for future roles within Assembled’s sales organization.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work environment where team members feel motivated and engaged.
  • Inspire the team through creative incentives and recognition programs.

Process Optimization

  • Manage and optimize the use of sales technology and tools.
  • Regularly track and report on team and individual performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to test, refine, and optimize outbound messaging strategies.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve lead qualification and opportunity management processes.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs and drive strong sales performance.
  • A track record of developing and promoting SDRs into advanced roles within an organization.
  • Deep expertise in CRM software and SDR technology tools.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality—empowering teams while actively contributing to strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-target earnings: $160,000–$180,000, with base salary dependent on location, experience, and skills.
