Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bluevine, you’ll play a vital role in helping small and medium-sized business owners grow by introducing them to our business banking and payment solutions. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new customers, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring they fully leverage Bluevine’s offerings.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to exceed outbound call expectations, and is passionate about sales and customer success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team with strong career advancement potential!


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with potential customers by making at least 80 calls and sending 80+ emails daily to warm leads and approved accounts.

  • Manage a pipeline of 100+ high-quality opportunities, ensuring strong follow-up and engagement.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including volume, outreach, and quota expectations.

  • Represent Bluevine’s brand through impactful outreach, fostering trust and long-term engagement with new customers.

  • Identify customer pain points and educate them on Bluevine’s tailored solutions that best fit their business needs.

  • Utilize sales tools, lead management software, and CRM platforms to optimize pipeline tracking and conversion rates.

  • Stay organized by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.

  • Develop your sales skills with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role.


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude.

  • Strong leadership potential and passion for helping small businesses succeed.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Confident phone presence and ability to engage customers effectively.

  • Professionalism, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset.

  • Quick thinker, fast learner, and eager to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

  • Demonstrates uncompromising integrity in all interactions.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $37,680 – $45,240

  • On-Target Earnings (Base Salary + Commission): $62,800 – $75,400
