About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Proof, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—and a key contributor to our company’s growth. We’re looking for someone energetic and creative who thrives on connecting with new prospects daily. You’ll experiment with fresh outreach strategies, explore new messaging tactics, and celebrate every reply as a step toward success. Driven by curiosity and a desire to understand each prospect’s business challenges, you’ll always focus on providing value in every interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new qualified leads using Proof’s sales tools as well as your own ingenuity.

  • Write and test compelling outreach messages that increase response rates.

  • Collaborate with your Account Executive to develop targeting strategies for industries, regions, and personas.

  • Continually refine your outreach process to stand out in a competitive market.

  • Research customer pain points and market trends to position yourself as a trusted resource.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in our CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed outreach and performance quotas on a monthly basis.

  • Become a subject matter expert on Proof’s products, services, and legal tech industry developments.

  • Use social media, professional networks, and industry events to attract and connect with prospects.

  • Present data-driven insights to improve strategies, messaging, or target markets.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and contribute to overall success.

  • Regularly track and report progress, identifying steps to meet individual and team goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing or sales role

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for client visits or events


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000–$60,000

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $65,000–$75,000, based on experience and location

  • Full-time, salaried hybrid role (3 days/week in the Denver office)
