Position Overview

As a key member of our sales development team, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging potential customers, fueling our pipeline, and driving business growth. Partnering with 2–4 Field Account Executives, you will lead outreach efforts, qualify leads, and coordinate high-impact meetings to help convert prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Drive outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

  • Campaign Execution: Conduct prospecting campaigns to uncover customer needs and determine product fit, scheduling discovery calls and demos.

  • Target Account Research: Develop and maintain curated lists of high-potential accounts and decision-makers.

  • Inbound Follow-Up: Respond to incoming inquiries from events, demos, and marketing initiatives, qualifying prospects and routing them appropriately.

  • Sales Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate impactful demos between prospects and the sales team.

  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation goals while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (e.g., SDR, retail, automotive, real estate).

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of cybersecurity and/or familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.

  • Industry Awareness: Interest or background in technology, SaaS, or the cybersecurity industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 annually (60/40 base-to-variable split)
