How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Engage with inbound leads and inquiries to support Wrike’s marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Gain a deep understanding of our buyer personas and market challenges to better align outreach strategies.

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and their organizations, using personalized messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn.

  • Motivate and persuade prospects to schedule meetings or calls with Wrike Account Executives.

  • Qualify leads to increase conversion rates from discovery calls to sales opportunities.

  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.

  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce to streamline outreach and tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.


What You Bring to the Table

  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales career.

  • Full fluency in English.

  • Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST), with some flexibility as needed for team and business collaboration.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development or similar B2B role.

  • Energetic phone presence with strong listening and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • A track record of achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly performance targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and opportunity management systems, especially Salesforce.

  • A positive, proactive mindset and a strong work ethic.

Compensation

The total on-target earnings (base salary + bonus potential) for this full-time U.S. role is $60,000 USD.
Final compensation will depend on your location, skills, experience, seniority, and contract type. Your recruiter will provide personalized compensation details during the hiring process.
