You’ll serve as the bridge between our product, engineering, and sales organizations—simplifying technical knowledge into actionable insights that fuel growth. Sales Enablement Lead Responsibilities

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will:

  • Build and manage technical and product training programs, including clinical insights, competitive intelligence, and new product rollouts.

  • Act as the primary link between sales and product teams, converting complex data into sales-ready content.

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, role-specific coaching, and practical enablement tools.

  • Partner with sales reps directly to strengthen product knowledge and objection-handling skills.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development to align strategy.

  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch using adult learning principles.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and thrive in a high-growth environment.


Bonus Qualifications for Sales Enablement Lead Candidates

  • Experience in the dental, medical device, or other clinical fields.

  • Background in a direct sales role or sales enablement function.

  • Familiarity with sales content management systems.

  • Ability to scale enablement programs with technology and automation.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $108,800 – $128,000 plus equity.
