Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Training

  • Facilitate live trainings, workshops, and role-play sessions for sales teams and account managers

  • Deliver timely enablement on key GTM priorities, sales motions, and product updates

  • Partner with sales directors to assess team needs and tailor enablement programs

  • Independently manage GTM enablement projects or cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution

Content Creation & Maintenance

  • Create and adapt enablement materials aligned with strategic direction

  • Collaborate with sales narrative and strategy teams to bring solutions to life for sellers

  • Maintain updated resources in platforms like Seismic, NotebookLM, and other enablement tools

  • Introduce innovative delivery methods to enhance adoption and engagement

Field Support & Communication

  • Gather and relay feedback from the field to standardize best practices

  • Optimize sales enablement initiatives in partnership with Sales Operations to improve key business metrics such as win rate

  • Serve as a go-to resource and enablement subject matter expert (SME) for peers


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related field (ad tech or media sales preferred)

  • Skills: Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; highly organized; excellent follow-through

  • Ability to translate GTM priorities into actionable training and refresh existing programs with new perspectives

  • Curiosity and adaptability in using AI tools to enhance learning, content creation, and program delivery

  • Familiarity with content management platforms is a plus
