About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who is agile, systems-oriented, and passionate about building scalable enablement programs from the ground up. In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with Enterprise sales leaders to drive performance, streamline operations, and enhance sales effectiveness. You’ll play a key part in shaping how Dandy’s sales organization operates as we continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sales teams to identify challenges and design solutions that improve efficiency and revenue growth.

  • Build and implement enablement programs tailored for complex sales cycles.

  • Translate sales leadership strategies into actionable initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Post-Sales to create a unified go-to-market approach.

  • Manage programs end-to-end, including content creation, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or sales effectiveness, especially in complex deal environments.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

  • Experience working with senior leaders to solve business challenges and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to design and iterate enablement programs from scratch.

  • Agile mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in high-growth or change-intensive environments.

  • Previous experience in sales management or leadership roles.

  • Proficiency with automation tools and technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
