What You’ll Do

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and quota within an assigned territory of small-to-mid law firms.

  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies to drive growth and improve business generation.

  • Prospect, cold call, and set appointments to develop new customer accounts and grow the client base.

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce.com, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity records.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of FindLaw’s digital marketing solutions and client business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth.

  • Participate in a field sales development program, with the opportunity to advance into a Senior Sales Executive role.

About You

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven outside sales experience in a B2B environment.

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills.

  • Prior experience in online advertising or digital marketing sales a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales methods and processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and ability to work independently.

Travel:

  • Virtual role; may require occasional travel for annual sales training.
