What You’ll Do
- Identify, lead, and close client opportunities, managing the entire sales lifecycle.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with account and practice leaders to refine sales strategies, lead business development efforts, and create targeted account plans.
- Secure new client partnerships and support the expansion of existing accounts.
- Proactively identify and qualify client opportunities across our full consulting portfolio, including technology, data, and business advisory services.
- Engage with our consultants to leverage their networks and uncover potential opportunities.
- Plan, host, and facilitate Slalom marketing events.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement customized business plans with structured sales engagement processes.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, and professional services/consulting.
- A strong passion for sales and technology.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, or media is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand clients’ business needs and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing RFP processes, budgeting, and project execution.
- Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities.
- Highly organized and methodical, with excellent prioritization and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Proven experience in building relationships with executive leaders (CXOs) and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
- A creative and innovative mindset, recognized as a forward-thinking strategist.
